Room must be canceled at least three (3) days prior to day of arrival in order to avoid fees and forfeiting your deposit. Early departure after registration will result in a $100.00 charge. Rooms booked in association with a group, meeting or conference may be subject to a different cancellation policy.

The best available room rate will not change based on the number of guests in the room. However, package rates are priced per person, so if you book a package, the rate will increase as you add additional guests.

Our adjoining rooms connect a Double Queen Guest Room with a Premium King. As long as both parties have the request noted on their reservation, we do our best to accommodate them.

Hersheypark tickets are not automatically included with your room reservation. However, guests of an Official Resort of Hersheypark can purchase Hersheypark tickets at the best available price while booking your reservation or choose from select resort packages that include Hersheypark admission.

Our resorts do offer a military discount on select dates. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or packages. Please call us at 717-312-2026 at your earliest convenience as our rates and availability (including discounted rate availability) vary depending on a variety of factors.

Our resorts do provide travel agent discounts. To book, please call our reservations team at 717-312-2026 for Hershey Inn & Suites. The travel agent must show their IATA card at check-in and rates are non-commissionable. Please note, discounts are not available on holidays or holiday weekends or Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day.

Check-In & Stay Details

: Check-in is after 4 PM. If you arrive earlier, our team can store your luggage so you may enjoy the hotel. Valid photo ID and credit card must be presented at check-in. Check-out is before 11 AM. Late check-out requests are honored based on availability for an additional fee.
